Q: How do I clean the stove?
A: Only clean the hotplate after it has cooled down. Clean the hotplate with a damp cloth and warm soapy water and then dry it down. Do not use abrasive materials, like steel wool, to clean the stove as it will get scratched.
Q: Will any pot work on the stove?
A: No, only cookware with an induction bottom. The easiest way to check if a pot is suitable is to try it on the stove, if it does not heat up then it is not suitable.
Q: Will the stove get hot if I turn it on and forget about it or it accidentally gets left on?
A: Even if the stove is turned on, it will only get hot, or stay hot, if a pot is put on the hotplate. If the pot is empty, after a period of time the stove will automatically turn off
Q: Will the stove stay hot after I finish cooking?
A: The stove will stay hot for a short time after cooking is finished.
Q: Where can I get more pots?
A: Most good kitchenware stores will sell appropriate pots. Just check first they have a magnetic or induction bottom.
Q: Is there a child lock?
A: Yes, the customer can lock the stove so children cannot turn it off or on. Refer to Child lock instructions in manual

Q: How much electricity does the stove use?
A: It depends on how you use the stove however one hotplate on high will use 1kWh in 1 hour of cooking.
Q: Are induction cooktops better than LPG?
A: Induction cooktops are better than gas units because, first of all, the induction appliances are safer (gas cooktops produce fire as a source of heat); then, almost 90% of the energy from the electricity is used for cooking while only 50% of energy is used with a gas cooktop with the rest wasted as heat into the air.
Q: Is it dangerous to cook with electricity?
A: Induction stoves are the safest form of cooking, there is no flame, it only heats up when you put a pot on the stove and it cools down quickly.
